On June 24th 2017, the day of the Inti Raymi Festival, the restaurant "Pikante" was inaugurated on the premises of the Hotel Rothaus in Lucerne. Located at Klosterstrasse street, Pikante is the first Peruvian restaurant in the Lucerne area. The managing director is the Peruvian hotelier and chef with a long international career, Emilio Espinosa Schwarz.
Among the Pikante's gastronomic offer, sip the famous and delicious Pisco Sour, cocktail made from Pisco (grape brandy and emblem of the nation), lemon juice, egg white, sugar all beaten with ice cream and served with a few drops of angostura. If you liked Pisco Sour, also try its derivatives based on passion fruit, physalis and others.
